Bluey Green releases new single Wherever You’re Going

Mitch Horton from Bluey Green wrote Wherever You're Going alongside Dave Baxter (Avalanche City). Dave created a loop around some chord ideas, and while he was putting it together, the whole chorus seemed to just fall out of the sky in about 5 seconds, which is always a super encouraging feeling when you are writing a song. At its heart, 'Wherever You're Going' is a song about trusting in something bigger than yourself. It feels like our current cultural moment is about being true to ourselves and following 'your' heart, but sometimes we need to push back on that and say it is ok to sacrifice things for those we care about, learn to compromise, and work together.
