“It’s a heavenly mix between fuzzy dream pop and shoegaze, featuring Karen O-esque vocals, layers upon layers of guitars, and lyrics that hit home….” - Left Bank Magazine.

With a name like Sally Haze, you might think this Chicago act was a solo artist, but it’s actually the project of the trans-continental couple, Jess and Will Wright; the name is a sly literary reference.  Jess, born and raised in Chicago, and Will, born in Leeds, England, began writing and recording as Sally Haze in their home studio in 2019. Their new single, 'All That Matters'’ Sally Haze, fuses their fuzzy dream-pop sound with a heavy dose of neo-psychedelia. Lyrics that muse on longing and frustration are reflected in the buzzing organs, synths, and guitars that swirl around a driving bass groove. The result is four dizzying minutes of tension and catharsis.
